Elevating Filipino Food

I had the great opportunity to collaborate with the Grotto Network and produce a story about a friend who I really admire, Filipino chef Emmanuel “Bham” Garcia. His passion is taking Filipino food to the next level and proving it can overcome its humble roots and reputation. His career is just beginning, and I can’t wait to see what he continues to come up with along his journey!
