While in the DMV area documenting learning environments for VELA, we got to visit Chance Academy. Founded by Anna Bernanke, Chance Academy is a mission-driven community that believes learning should be purposeful, inclusive, and connected to real life. They welcome students from a range of backgrounds and strive to make their program accessible to all families.
